More Leading Operators Select OpenTech Call Center

PHOENIX, Arizona – April 4th, 2013 –Today at the ISS World Expo in Las Vegas, OpenTech Alliance, Inc., announced INSOMNIAC Live!™, their call center service, has been selected as the call center of choice by yet more leading self storage operators. The list of operators includes; Devon Self Storage, Allstate Self Storage, Storage Asset Management, Moove In Self Storage, Andover Properties, and Storage Solutions.

Prior to making a commitment to OpenTech, the management team at Devon devised a head-to-head comparison to measure the INSOMNIAC Live! service against their current call center at that time. Shortly after, OpenTech was thrilled to be tasked with the responsibility of servicing the entire portfolio of Devon facilities. Jim Mooney, Director of Operations with Devon Self Storage said, "We ran a working parallel to compare most every call center measurable and hands down found a partner in OpenTech."

Over the past year, OpenTech has been investing heavily in their call center business unit. The investments have come in the following areas; college campus recruiting to find bright young minds, longer initial training programs for new Storage Counselors, upgraded Cisco call center technology, expanded property management system integration, and major enhancements to INSOMNIAC LiveAgent! - the software application used by Storage Counselors. Alyssa Quill, Owner of Storage Asset Management, Inc, said, "We switched services to provide more value to our tenants by integrating the Live! Call Center with our property management system. In December of 2012, OpenTech completed an office expansion to accommodate growth for their call center operation. The build-out increased the headquarters to 10,000 square feet with a short term option on 3,500 square feet of additional contiguous space. The expansion included additional Storage Counselor workstations, a second break room, relaxation lounge, state-of-the-art two-way video workstations for supporting kiosk users and a private training center.

INSOMNIAC Live! offers several (bilingual) call center services including; Live! AllCalls, Live! Rollover, Live! AfterHours, Live! Voicemail and Live! Chat.
