OpenTech Licenses Cloud Technology to Operators for In-House Call Centers
PHOENIX, Arizona – April 3rd, 2013 –Today at the ISS World Expo, OpenTech Alliance Inc. announced it has been competing against itself for call center business by licensing potential call center customers its LiveAgent! software application designed exclusively for handling self storage calls and LivePhone! the company’s VoIP call center phone service. For the past 10 months they have been offering these integrated Cloud based services to select self storage operators as an alternative to using a third party call center, including their own. The technology is already powering two in-house call centers in the US and two in Canada with others slated to come online later this year.
"While we think most self storage operators find using a third party call center a very effective solution, some just want to oversee their own and feel it is a simple process.
