SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – February 5, 2004 – OpenTech Alliance, Inc. announced today that Pamela Alton, owner of Mini-Management Services, and Franklin Young, Director of Sales and Marketing for Door and Building Components Incorporated (DBCi), have joined the company’s Advisory Board. The company also announced that former Advisory Board member Mike Connolly has accepted the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for OpenTech.

“We’ve gained extremely valuable insight from our initial Advisory Board containing Ray McRae, Diane Gibson and Mike Connolly,” said Robert Chiti, OpenTech’s CEO. “We’re excited Mike has agreed to join us fulltime in charge of corporate development, and that Pam and Franklin have agreed to join Ray and Diane on our Advisory Board.”

“The facilities I work with are looking for ways to increase their profits,” said Pamela Alton. “I like that OpenTech helps facilities cut staffing costs without dictating what management software to use.
