How do people know your facility is open if you don’t tell them? Adding a few sentences to your answering machine or voicemail message lets customers know you have a self-service kiosk to assist them 24 hours a day at their convenience.

If you use a call center, let them know you have a kiosk. Then, after their salesforce takes a reservation, they can instruct callers to visit the kiosk to complete their rental immediately and get their gate code.
