INSOMNIAC Live! agents will answer calls for your facility when the facility line is busy or there is no answer. Calls will ring at the facility first, giving the manager the opportunity to answer.
$400 for Seamless Rollover/monthly
$380 for Voice Prompt Rollover/monthly
Live! TotalCalls™
All calls to your facility will be routed directly to the INSOMNIAC Live! call center. Callers will be presented with voice prompts to direct their call. Calls will not ring at the facility first.

Live! AfterHours™
Calls coming into your facility after regular business hours will be routed directly to the INSOMNIAC Live! call center.
$275/monthly
Live! Megan™
INSOMNIAC Live! will provide Live! support to customers at your self-service kiosk. Live! Megan™ service is included with Live! Rollover™ and Live! TotalCalls™ services for customers who have INSOMNIAC Kiosk Maintenance, Warranty and Service (MWS). Live! Megan™ also may be purchased independent of other services.
