The INSOMNIAC 100 is a plug and play kiosk that can be installed inside or outside a self storage facility in less than an hour. It requires power and internet access. It is designed to be standalone or as an extension to the INSOMNIAC Live! call center. The kiosk comes standard in an attention-grabbing yellow and blue color scheme along with a secure wall mounting bracket and signage which can be customized. The protective visor keeps direct sun light off the touch screen which is still visible even when the visor is closed.

The 100 comes with the same user-friendly INSOMINAC software that operates the more sophisticated models and is backed by OpenTech’s industry-leading technical support service. The INSOMNIAC 100 rents units and processes payments made with a credit card or via ACH check processing. Kiosk users can complete a rental, sign their lease, and have it emailed to them immediately. Once they have completed their rental they are provided a gate code and can move-in immediately during authorized access hours. It also comes with a VOIP soft phone and the Live! Megan service so kiosk customers can get a live person on the phone to assist them 16 hours a day on weekdays and a total of 24 hours a day on the weekend. There is no printer on the 100 and it does not accept cash.
