Robert A. Chiti - President and CEO
Mr. Chiti is the President and CEO of OpenTech Alliance, the leading developer of self-storage kiosks. In his role as CEO he is responsible for running the company, setting corporate strategy, and continuing OpenTech’s innovation and leadership in the industry. Mr. Chiti has over 17 years of management experience in the technology industry, having held senior level positions with Computer Associates, Red Brick Systems, KPMG and GolfSwitch. During his career he has managed divisions as large as 220 employees and been accountable for a $20M P&L. His most recent accomplishment before joining OpenTech was completing the successful turnaround of an Internet-based reservations company in the golf industry. Mr. Chiti received his Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University.

  
Davin K. Dameron – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Dameron is a highly skilled IT manager and developer with over 12 years experience in developing mission critical applications. Prior to joining OpenTech, Mr. Dameron was Director of Technology for GolfSwitch where he developed the largest online tee time network in the world and was responsible for a team of developers that created a golf vacation quote engine, voice-activated phone reservation system, and many other applications. At GolfSwitch he also managed a 300+ node wide area network consisting of satellite and other terrestrial frame-relay connections at golf courses, hotels, and call centers across the country. Mr. Dameron is an integration expert, having assimilated applications with over 40 property management systems and worked with nearly every modern database and operating system. 		 
Mike Connolly – Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Connolly has over 30 plus years of successful experience in business management, sales, services, support and development in the software industry. During 16 years with Computer Associates International, Mr. Connolly held various senior management positions including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the interBiz Applications Division, SVP of the Global Accounts Group, and International SVP for CA’s Worldwide Distributor Organization. He launched CA’s National Accounts Program and was responsible for building important alliances and strategic partnerships worldwide. He has developed a recognized reputation for executive level management skills, superior sales, generation of significant profitability in highly competitive markets, and noteworthy knowledge in international business execution.		  
Larry Rolando - Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Rolando is in charge of North American product sales and OpenTech's business development organization. Mr. Rolando has been in the computer and software industry for the last 20 years and has held sales positions at Software 2000 / Infinium, Blue Martini, and NCR. Most recently, Mr. Rolando was Vice President of North American Sales for Silvon Software, an Enterprise Performance Management provider. Rolando received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Marketing and Business from Illinois State University.		  
Ellen Moriarty - Director of Operations
Ms. Moriarty has over fifteen years of executive leadership, marketing, communications, public relations and administration skills obtained in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining OpenTech Alliance, Ms. Moriarty was the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission, and the office of the Massachusetts State Treasurer and Receiver General Timothy P. Cahill. She also held senior roles at Harte-Hanks Data Technologies. Ms. Moriarty is responsible for accounting, HR, operations, and day-to-day office management at OpenTech Alliance.
