New INSOMNIAC Model Provides Great Value in

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – August 11, 2004 – OpenTech
Alliance, Inc. today introduced the new INSOMNIAC™ 500 kiosk, featuring
a compact indoor/outdoor design packed with impressive performance at a value
price of $9,995. Perfect for facilities looking to collect check, cash or credit
card payments 24 hours a day, the INSOMNIAC 500 uses the same open technology
platform as OpenTech’s industry leading INSOMNIAC 900 kiosk and supports
all OpenTech Alliance Partner products.
The INSOMNIAC 500 is a workhorse with compact
design. It takes new rentals and payments, allows customers to
update their account information, offers tenant insurance, gives
virtual tours, prints leases and even dispenses locks.
Flexible installation options and a compact
design enable the INSOMNIAC 500 to fit almost anywhere. The unit
can be installed thru-the-wall, free standing or wall-mounted and
features a 15” color touch screen display housed within
a tough steel casing.

arsenal of self-service solutions designed specifically for self-storage

Maintenance and warranty services are available for $149 per month.
