OpenTech Alliance Names New Vice President

Christopher A. Morin promoted to Vice President of Technical Services;
Ellen Moriarty joins INSOMNIAC team as Operations Manager

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – April 19, 2006 – OpenTech Alliance, Inc., the makers of INSOMNIAC™ self-storage kiosks, announced today that it has filled two key management positions in its services organization. Christopher A. Morin, formerly Technical Director for the Far East at Computer Associates has been named Vice President of Technical Services. Ellen Moriarty, most recently the Executive Director of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission for The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, has joined the INSOMNIAC team as Operations Manager.

As Vice President of Technical Services, Mr. Morin is responsible for building OpenTech’s technical services organization. His group handles INSOMNIAC kiosk installations, support, and training and works with customers to ensure they get the most out of their kiosk investment.

In her role as Operations Manager, Ms. Moriarty will be responsible for OpenTech’s accounting, sales support, customer relations, and day-to-day office management. Her top priority will be putting scalable systems and procedures in place to ensure OpenTech’s continued rapid growth and world class customer service.
