Storage Solutions Installs INSOMNIAC
Full-Service Kiosk at Palm Valley
Premier Facility Enables Customers to Rent
Units 24 Hours a Day
SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – April 1, 2004 – OpenTech Alliance,
Inc. today announced that Storage Solutions, a management firm operating
over 40 self-storage facilities in the Phoenix area, has installed
OpenTech’s INSOMNIAC™ full-service kiosk and SiteLink
at its Palm Valley facility. Now visitors to the facility are able
to rent units, make payments, purchase locks, and update their accounts
themselves 24 hours a day using the kiosk.

At the Palm Valley facility, the INSOMNIAC kiosk is installed in
the wall next to the main entrance. Available anytime regardless
of whether a manager is onsite, customers can use the kiosk to take
virtual tours of the facility, rent units, make payments, buy locks
and update their accounts. Best of all, INSOMNIAC interfaces in
real-time with Storage Solutions’ management software –
SMD Software’s SiteLink 2004™.
