OpenTech Partners with Carol Krendl to Design Next Generation Call Center

PHOENIX, Arizona – March 2nd, 2014 –OpenTech Alliance, Inc. has engaged Carol Krendl, CEO of SkilCheck Services (the industry's leading secret shopping company) as a business consultant to take their industry leading call center to the next level and beyond. Krendl's extensive work in the self-storage industry makes her a perfect partner to assist in progressing OpenTech's training curriculum and to further develop the company's cloud based sales and service application - LiveAgent! ™

In addition, OpenTech recruited Carrie Giordano, a 10 year veteran of the call center industry who also has 20 years of inbound and outbound sales leadership experience. As OpenTech's Manager of Recruiting, Training and Retention she will be working closely with Carol to implement the new training curriculum and processes including advanced telephone sales instruction and employee performance standards that embody exceptional customer service. Giordano is currently overseeing the development of a new proprietary call scoring tool to be used internally and by call center clients. The call scoring feature will be included as a free upgrade to INSOMNIAC Live! clients through OpenPortal.
